Print Document Policy

A submitted file is associated with an order and its configured print options. The service records the original name, type, size, page count, storage key, processing state, and expiry metadata. Customers should upload only documents they are authorized to print.

Customers may access their own order documents. Shop access is limited to files attached to authorized shop orders. File deletion and expiry depend on the server-side storage cleanup job being enabled; a UI state alone is not deletion.
