Refund Policy

HDPrint payment gateway integration and final refund eligibility are configuration-dependent. Do not treat a client-side payment result as confirmation of payment or refund. A refund, when available, is assessed against the order status, payment record, shop fulfilment state, and the configured payment provider rules.

Send the order reference and a description of the issue to hello@example.com. Do not include card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
