HDPrint is a QR-first print ordering service operated by ESPORIZON ESPORTS. This notice describes processing in the current application and does not claim controls that are not configured in the deployment.

Account registration uses your name, email address, password handled by the authentication provider, and an optional phone number. Orders use print configuration, shop selection, contact details, pricing snapshots, payment references, and status history. Uploads include file metadata and document content needed to prepare a print job.

Support requests contain the contact details and message you submit. Security and operational systems may process session, request, and audit information needed to protect the service.

We use this information to authenticate you, calculate and fulfil print orders, show order status, provide support, prevent abuse, and reconcile payments. Customers can access their own account and orders. Shop staff can access files attached to orders assigned to their shop through authorized server-side operations. Service providers configured by the deployment may process authentication, database, storage, email, or payment data as described in the deployment documentation.

Print file records currently include an expiry field and the configured cleanup process must be enabled by the deployment before expiry becomes automatic. Business, security, consent, and reconciliation records may need to remain for operational or legal reasons. You can manage optional marketing consent and submit an access, export, correction, deletion, or consent-withdrawal request from your account when signed in.
