What you can do on HDPrint with and without an account, and how to create one.
Creating an account (and what's possible without one)
Without an account
The basic ordering flow does not require an account. You can:
- Scan a shop QR code and upload a file
- Configure print options and pay
- Receive a pickup code
Your order history is not saved without an account.
With an account
An account gives you:
- Order history across all shops
- Saved projects in Print Studio, Print Sheet, and Print Doc
- Reordering from previous print jobs
- Tracking past orders without a code
- Project version history
How to create an account
- Tap Sign up on any HDPrint page.
- Enter your email address and phone number.
- Verify your phone number with the OTP sent by SMS.
- Set a password (or sign in with OTP going forward).
Account roles
There are two roles:
- User — place orders, save projects
- Shop owner — see the Owner onboarding guide for shop-specific setup
