Data retention: how long your uploaded files are kept
File retention
Uploaded print files are retained from the time of upload until the order is completed and the configured retention window has elapsed. The default retention window is configurable by the operator. Contact the shop or refer to the privacy policy for the specific deployment.
Order records
Order records are retained for the period required to process refunds, handle disputes, and comply with financial record-keeping obligations. The exact period depends on the deployment configuration.
Account data
Account data is retained as long as the account is active. You can delete your account and request deletion of all associated data at any time by contacting the support address listed in the privacy policy.
Requesting early deletion
If you need your files deleted before the standard retention window, sign in to your account and submit a deletion request from the privacy settings. Files associated with orders that are still in progress cannot be deleted until the order is resolved.
