Export Print Doc to PDF or send directly to a connected printer.
Exporting a document for print
PDF export
Choose File -> Export as PDF. The dialog shows:
- Page range — all pages, or a specific range like
1-5, 8 - Include headers and footers — on by default
- Include tracked changes — off by default
PDF export preserves fonts, images, and layout exactly.
Print directly
Choose File -> Print to send directly to a connected printer. The print dialog shows the usual options: copies, colour mode, duplex, and paper size.
Print to HDPrint
After exporting as PDF, upload the PDF through the HDPrint QR ordering flow to have it printed at a local shop.
