Multi-page projects

Step back and forward through your editing history, and restore previous snapshots from version history.

Undo, redo, and version history

Undo and redo

  • ⌘/Ctrl + Z — undo the last action
  • ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + Z or ⌘/Ctrl + Y — redo

The undo stack holds up to 100 actions. Closing the project clears the undo stack.

Version history

Open File -> Version history to see all saved snapshots. Each snapshot shows:

  • Timestamp
  • Optional note (add one by clicking the note icon)
  • File size

Restore a version

Click any snapshot to preview it. If it looks right, click Restore to make it the current version. The current version is preserved as a snapshot so nothing is permanently lost.

Named versions

Click the bookmark icon next to any snapshot to give it a name. Named versions appear at the top of the list and are never auto-deleted.
