Common export errors and how to fix them
Troubleshooting steps if your order is delayed, missing pages, the wrong size, or shows a failed status.
What to do if your order didn't print correctly
Check the order status first
Open the order in your history. The status tells you where the job is in the lifecycle. See Tracking your print order status for the full list.
Common issues
The status is still "queued" or "accepted"
The shop has not started processing yet. If the wait is unusually long (more than 15 minutes during business hours), contact the shop directly using the number on the order page.
The status is "failed"
The order did not complete. The error message in the order history usually says why. Common reasons: file format issue, payment reversal, shop equipment problem. Contact the shop for a resolution.
Pages are missing or the wrong size
Double-check the page range and paper size in the order. If the configuration is wrong, the shop cannot reprint for free — the issue is with the order, not the printing. If the configuration is correct, contact the shop.
Colours look wrong
Screen colour and printed colour never match exactly. See the Print quality guide for why. If the difference is extreme, the shop may be using a low-quality print mode — ask them to switch to high quality.
Contacting the shop
Use the contact information on the order page. The shop's phone number and support email are listed there.
