What to do if your order didn't print correctly
What the order status means at each stage: queued, accepted, downloading, processing, printing, printed.
Tracking your print order status
Lifecycle stages
Every print order moves through these stages:
- queued — order received, payment confirmed, waiting for the shop to accept
- accepted — the shop has accepted and is preparing to process
- downloading — the shop's desktop app is retrieving the file
- processing — the file is being prepared for the printer
- printing — the job is on the printer
- printed — done. You can collect your prints.
- failed — something went wrong. See the error message.
- cancelled — the order was cancelled before completion.
How to check status
After placing an order, you can check the status from:
- The order confirmation page (open from your email or the on-screen confirmation)
- Your order history if you are signed in
The status is updated in real time as the order progresses.
What each stage means for you
- queued — no action needed. The shop will pick it up shortly.
- accepted — the shop is aware of your order.
- downloading — your file is on its way to the printer. Wait.
- processing — the printer is being set up.
- printing — your prints are coming out now.
- printed — collect at the counter with your pickup code.
