Which browsers and devices HDPrint supports, and what to do if something looks wrong.
Browser and device compatibility
Supported browsers
HDPrint is tested and supported on:
- Chrome 110+
- Firefox 115+
- Safari 16+
- Edge 110+
Older versions may work but are not actively tested.
Mobile browsers
- Chrome on Android 110+ — fully supported
- Safari on iOS 16+ — fully supported
- Firefox on mobile — supported
The ordering flow (the QR-code part) works on any modern mobile browser. Print Studio, Sheet, and Doc require a desktop browser.
Not supported
- Internet Explorer (all versions)
- Browsers with JavaScript disabled
- Tor Browser (may block required features)
Reporting an issue
If something looks wrong in a supported browser, use the feedback tool in the bottom-right corner or contact support with your browser version and a screenshot.
