Common export errors and how to fix them
Common reasons files fail to upload and what to do about each one.
My file won't upload
Common causes
File is too large
Check the file size limits at File size and format limits. Reduce the file size or split it into parts.
File format not supported
Only supported formats are accepted. Check the list at Supported file types for import. Convert the file to PDF if unsure.
Network error
Check your internet connection. Uploads require a stable connection. Try again on a different network if the issue persists.
Browser issue
Try a different browser. HDPrint works best in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Disable browser extensions that might block uploads.
Corrupted file
The file may be damaged. Try opening and re-saving it in the original application before uploading again.
