Understanding print pricing before you order
How the total is calculated
The final price is the sum of four parts:
- Per-page cost — based on colour mode (BW or colour) and paper size
- Paper upcharge — the difference between the standard paper and the paper you selected
- Duplex discount — a percentage off the per-page cost when you choose double-sided
- Service fee — a small flat fee to cover payment processing and platform usage
How duplex saves money
Double-sided printing cuts the number of physical sheets in half. The per-sheet cost is the same, so the saving is automatic. The duplex discount is an additional percentage off the per-page cost for choosing duplex.
How paper upcharge works
Standard copy paper (75 GSM) is included in the per-page cost. Heavier or specialty paper (100 GSM, glossy, cardstock) costs extra per page. The upcharge varies by paper type.
Service fee
The service fee is a flat amount per order, not per page. It covers payment processing and platform usage. The exact amount is shown before you pay.
When the total is final
The total you see in the order summary is the final amount. There are no hidden charges or post-order adjustments. If the shop is unable to fulfil your order, the total is refunded.
